Phoenix Rising is a professional performing arts troupe dedicated to exploring the cutting edge of sacred theater, specializing in the fusion of choreographed partner fire dancing, fan dancing, feather dancing,
traditional dance, stilt walking, and spontaneous,
interpretive movement.

The core members of Phoenix Rising are Isaac Rappaport
and Jessica Bottomley, although many other musicians and
dancers collaborate with them to create larger productions
when an occasion calls for it.
Phoenix Rising has traveled the world, weaving art, music,
and dance to create timeless theatrical tales of passion,
love, creation, and magic. Through the lens of dance theater, Phoenix Rising paints a colorful, exciting landscape that allows
imagination to carry the audience beyond their day to
day reality to experience timeless magic between
the veils of perception.
